What we collect in the conversation
- What you tell us about how your business runs.
- Your name and your business's name, if you give them.
- The email address the link was sent to.
What we do with it
A person reads it and writes your brief. That is the whole use. Nothing is sold or shared, and it is not used to train anyone's AI models.
Who sees it
The people at SpineAI who write the brief. Not your staff, not your accountant unless you ask us to share it, and not anyone else.
If you forward the link to your staff, each person has a separate conversation. Nobody sees anyone else's answers, and that includes you.
The conversation is recorded
The agent tells you so at the start. The record is how a person can read what you said and write your brief.
How to have it deleted
Send one email to info@askspine.ai and say you want your answers deleted. We delete them and reply to confirm.
If you got an email from us
It is because your business is listed publicly as a small business in your area. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. One click, and you will not hear from us again.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no tracking pixels.

Retention. We keep conversation records only as long as needed to write the brief and follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you give us. No system is perfectly secure.
Children. This site and the conversation are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes. If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
