What it costs

Priced by what you build. Not by the seat.

No two businesses ask for the same thing, and the price depends on what gets built. Spine starts with the one process that hurts most, built and running in weeks, and grows one module at a time from there, each added when you want it. Your brief, written after the fifteen-minute conversation, tells you what the first module would cost before you commit to anything. This is how the price is put together.

01

One monthly amount, with a term

The cost of the build is spread over the commitment instead of charged up front.

02

A smaller charge up front

It covers the hard costs of the build. The rest is in the monthly.

03

Each module adds to the monthly

Every later module is priced the same way, with its own term.

04

Maintenance is inside the monthly

There is no separate support contract. Changes as your business changes are part of it.

05

No seats

Everyone in the business can use it. Roles decide what each person can do.

06

The conversation and the brief are free

Nothing is owed on either side until you decide to build.

The value report

See what it does for you, in your own units.

Every answer carries a small tag: what it cost to produce, and how long the same work would have taken a person. The report adds the tags up for any period and prices the hours at your own rate. It is a measure you can check, not a savings claim.

Four tiles from Spine's report page: total questions, what the answers cost, the hours a person would have taken, and those hours priced at an hourly rate.

Questions

About the price.

Why is there no price table?

Because every build is different, from a single automated process to a whole application connected to the systems you already use. The brief sizes each candidate, and the price follows from that.

Do I pay for each person who uses it?

No. There are no seats. Everyone in the business can use Spine, and roles decide what each person can see and do.

What does the first conversation cost?

Nothing. The conversation and the written brief are free and create no obligation on either side.

What if we want more later?

Each later need becomes another module on the same system, behind the same chat box. It adds to the monthly with its own term.

Start with a fifteen-minute conversation.

In chat, with no login and no sales call. A written brief follows within two business days.
